After graduating from university:
After practicing with various specialized law firms, Patrick Meneghetti founded MENEGHETTI AVOCATS in 1991.
Patrick Meneghetti is co-head of the open commission "Insurance and civil liability" of the Paris Bar Association. He is also a founding member and Vice-President of the Bar Association “CautiOnLine”, bringing together lawyers, lawyers and magistrates and intended to deepen the doctrine and practice of suretyship law. He is an associate member of AMRAE (Association of Risk Management and Business Insurance), co-arbitrator within CEFAREA-ARIAS (French Center for Reinsurance and Insurance Arbitration), member of the EURECA association dedicated to the comparative study of European Construction and Insurance law and member of the Council of Experts of IREFI (Institute for Economic Relations France – Italy).
Member of the board of the Fondation des Oeuvres Sociales de l'Air (FOSA), a foundation recognized as being of public utility since 1937, and of the Comité pour la Défense Nationale, publisher of the Revue de la Défense Nationale, Patrick Meneghetti is also an Advisor to the Delegation for Human Rights of the Center for Strategic Studies and Prospective (CEPS), International Non-Governmental Organization (INGO) with participatory status approved by the Council of Europe, and Volunteer Advisor to the Foundation "Un avenir ensemble" of the Grand Chancellery of the Legion of Honor.
Lecturer in liability and insurance law at the University of Paris XII, he has also taught at the Institut des Assurances de Paris, and led numerous seminars and conferences.
Patrick Meneghetti also worked for nearly twenty years as a professional trainer with various organizations (Groupe Moniteur, EFE, etc.), and is the author of numerous specialized articles on insurance law, construction, liability, as well as in the field of financial guarantees.
Colonel of the operational reserve in the Air Force, Patrick Meneghetti is an officer in the National Order of Merit, holder of the National Defense Medal and the Voluntary Military Services Medal. He is also Knight Commander of the Military and Hospitaller Order of Saint Lazarus of Jerusalem.
